Scudetto protects the part of the leg a horse hits first, in soft leather with elastic straps, sized pony, cob, full.
The shell is moulded rather than cut flat, so it follows the tendon instead of pressing across it. The lining is smooth-faced and quick-drying.
Rinse them after every use; grit left inside a boot is what causes the rub, not the boot. It takes a winter of mud and a summer of sweat without giving up.
